The restaurant concept of the hotel was truly remarkable. The fine dining creations offered a mix of selected specialties from Italian, Asian, and Swiss cuisine. I felt like I was on a culinary adventure, exploring the flavors of different cultures in one place.

The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the harbor and marina. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind during my Easter holiday. The hotel itself was nicely furnished and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and peaceful atmosphere. I also appreciated the friendly hotel staff, who were welcoming and made me feel at home.

There were a few aspects that left me disappointed. The restaurant service, specifically during dinner, was haphazard and not up to par.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location directly on the lake was absolutely breathtaking. I especially loved waking up to the birds singing in the morning and being able to enjoy the stunning lake view from my balcony. The room itself was well-appointed and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, fulfilling all of my requests with a smile. The service, from room service to housekeeping, was top-notch. I also appreciated the option for airport shuttle service, making my arrival and departure hassle-free.

I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers.

The staff at reception were extremely accommodating, allowing us to check-in early after a long journey. The room was beautifully decorated with candles, chocolates, and flower petals, creating a truly romantic atmosphere. The location right on the Marina was perfect, with stunning views of the sunset from our terrace. The spacious junior suite was equipped with modern amenities and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We also appreciated the Molton Brown toiletries and the availability of a large safe for our belongings. The complimentary parking and access to BMC mountain bikes were nice bonuses.

While our stay was wonderful overall, we did find that information about the hotel facilities was lacking. We didn't realize until after eating at the expensive restaurant that there were two other more reasonably priced options owned by the hotel.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The staff was amazing, always with a smile and ready to help you with anything you needed. The room was very quiet and had air conditioning, which was great considering the hot weather. The breakfast was excellent and had a wide variety of food.

The bed and pillows were not very comfortable, and the size of the rooms was somewhat cramped. the restaurant service during dinner was a bit disorganized, and the cooking preferences were not requested, which resulted in disappointing meal presentation for the steaks.

The hotel is located right by the lake which gave a stunning view of the sunset. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One of the best things was the breakfast which was delivered to our room at the time we requested. It was delicious and definitely a great way to start the day. The hotel had a parking facility which we found very convenient as we had rented a car for our city trip.

I had a pleasant stay at Marina. The staff was friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The room I stayed in was quiet, which helped me have a restful night's sleep. I also appreciated the fact that the room had air conditioning, as it ensured a comfortable temperature during my stay. Another convenient feature was the availability of electric power plugs that matched various adapters, which is not common in most hotels. The parking lot being located right next to the hotel entrance was a plus, especially since it only cost 8 CHF. Additionally, there were 5 parking spaces near the back door entrance, making it convenient for guests with heavy luggage. I will highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and convenient amenities.

We loved our stay here! The hotel was situated in a perfect spot with easy access to just everything we needed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room may have been smaller than expected, but the balcony overlooking the marina made up for it. The hotel offered room service with piping hot pizza from Ostaria and breakfast delivered to the room. We also celebrated my wife's birthday at the Steakhouse, where the staff went out of their way to make her feel special. The food at both restaurants was excellent, especially the perfectly cooked steak.

Felt really welcomed, nothing to complain about.

We had a fantastic weekend break at Marina! The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Although our room was smaller than expected, the balcony overlooking the marina made up for it. Ordering pizza from Ostaria and having it delivered to our room was a convenient and delicious option. We also enjoyed a special birthday dinner at the Steakhouse, where the staff went above and beyond to make my wife feel special. The food was excellent and the steak was cooked to perfection. Thank you Marina, it was a great stay and we will definitely be back!
